Whenever I click on threads

I get a weird message saying:
[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/viewtopic.php on line 1821: require_once(C:/inetp): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Is it just me >n<??

I haven't noticed that (does it clear if you refresh the page?) but I have noticed that after google chrome did the latest update (I am assuming that was what it is) there are some changes like on the buttons. Are you on your mobile or computer? A couple people I know have mentioned issues with their phones lately.
