No Pengwing Spawned

At approximately 1:00am WST, which is the last Pengwing that I'd caught, the notification of the Pengwing wrote there saying I'd caught 20/20 Pengwings and cannot find any more Pengwings for the day. The Pengwings did not spawn for me since.

1) All board cookies for Windlyn had been deleted.
- No spawns.
2) Cookies and Cached images of the laptop for the last 7 days had been deleted.
- No spawns.
3) Logged out-Logged in.
- No spawns.

Sorry for the delay, I've been sick.
Have you been able to find pengwings since? Iirc once you found 20 in the day they won't show up again until the next day (after midnight wst).

Yup, it seemed to be a one-day bug, example:
Day 1: Found 18/20 pengwings
Day 2: Can only find 2/20 pengwings, quota didn't reset
Day 3: Quota had been reset, can find 20/20 pengwings again.

I can find pengwings normally now, no worries. But not sure if this will repeat.
