Are you able to experience any of the eclipse today where you are, Arc?

Yes! Fortunately, it'll be happening during my lunch break, so I'm going to go outside to view it. :3

Will you be able to see it where you're at?

I wish I had thought ahead to get the special solar viewing glasses...or had someone with some to watch with but I caught the eclipse with my camera so got to view it that way & have been getting amazing pictures from various people of their friends in other States who saw it & captured it on film.

I'm glad you were able to view it despite not having the glasses! All the pictures I've seen of the eclipse look really cool. My friend's boyfriend managed to get a super clear picture of it on his phone, almost like a satellite pic or something!

Rejection, rejection, rejection. I'm only ever met with rejection.

Is this my karma for something? Did I do something bad in life to constantly deserve this? I just... want to give up on everything, I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. (venting, don't reply).

There is something clever someone said about rejection but I can't recall the quote but basically it was something about that rejection isn't bad it is a way to improve.

Don't give up! There are brighter days ahead! Sometimes it just isn't the right timing. Hope you have other things come along to encourage you.

The one I know: Every rejection is one step closer to a yes!

That could be true. :'/

My mental health is deteriorating and I'm feeling discouraged about everything. I genuinely don't see anything good happening to me, but that's probably just the dark cloud talking.

It could be, but it's not good no matter the cause. Not having anything to look forward to/hopelessness is a cause of and result of depression--the proverbial downward spiral.

If you'd like to talk about strategies to help achieve your goals we're all here to help and offer support. You've offered support and care for others here too, so it's just sharing for us.
