The lockdowns have several reasons behind them:
- to avoid overloading the medical system with real and other than COVID-19 (panic cases)
- to allow time for treatments and vaccinations to be developed (with an eye on not overloading the system)
- to allow time to study how dangerous and to whom this really is
If you look closer, any cases that report details have listed underlying conditions for younger folks. There may have been one or two that say no other underlying conditions, but I've only read ones that the boyfriend or other non-medical professional stating that. In either case, it's the exception rather than the rule.
It's ok to isolate.

There's a readathon of the Harry Potter books this year. Each month we read a Harry Potter book. So we'll be reading The Goblet of Fire for April.
