Tylenol is my go to for aches and pains

Tylenol is great for pain and fevers (but it kills your liver if taken too often), but for muscle and joint pain anti-inflamatories are best (e.g. ibuprophen and especially naproxen aka alleve etc.).

When it comes to important stuff like medications, insurance, laws, financial stuff, etc., it's really important to read the fine print and understand what it is. That adult thing again!

I'm starting to realize that adulting is hard--I guess that's the advantage of getting older is you've had more time to compile the stuff you gotta know! I wish they taught this stuff in school. It's way more important than alot of the other stuff they filled my brain with...

There's help out there! (And here--I think at the very least the experiences and knowlege of the combination of all us just might add up to one fully confident adult! lol) Just ask.

Credit cards are a huge one! I think we're going to go cashless as a society eventually. Collect those points!

Seriously, the best advice is to ask those handling things for you now questions and have them teach you what to do/they do now while you can. You don't need to take over right away, but knowing stuff before you're forced to do it will save you a lot of trouble. Once you know what's what, you can transition at your leisure.

A parent's job is to make/educate fully functioning adults that can continue without them. It should be goal of society too when you get down to it.
