Backend Upgrade #2 ran into several problems. Each was addressed one by one until we discovered that Windlyn's code needs some tuning to be fully compatible. In the end we were forced to roll everything back to the previous upgrade (which seems to be solid). Yep, a bummer, but we see a path forward from here.

We will attempt Backend Upgrade #2 again when we're ready. Windlyn was back up within the allotted time, but that's when we discovered that things were not well, so about an additional half hour of downtime was experienced. We apologize for the inconvenience.
