What quests ask for those? The only quests I see are for the Moon and Sun characters on the quests page. I always choose the moon, I just got a thing for wolves and moons. Thren I don't think anyone will give or sell you a starry shawl for a quest because we'll never see it again. Just cancel the quest and try again later. The starry/celestial items are a past item. Actually, I was trying to buy one off of one of the shops... There is no way I can do the quests then?...
