Re: What are you currently reading?

Recently finished was AstroNuts. I admit it's a kids book but considering how long it's been since I've say down and read through a book completely - especially when the previous book (Simon Snow Trilogy: Carry On) was dropped in the middle - I needed to ease myself back into reading more. My curren...

Re: What's everyone currently playing?

Currently been jumping between Pokemon Rumble World and Pokemon Shuffle. I have had tried a bit of a change with replaying Pokemon Puzzle Challenge though - all three games are on my New 2DS XL... Couldn't get a Switch just yet so no Sword and Shield gameplay yet...

Re: Selfy Lab - A Tutorial!

What an excellent guide and a nice nostalgia trip for players of TinierMe... I admit this was the exact topic that got me into the site in the first place.

Re: Hovv many feathers do you have?

Currently at about 330 feathers at the time of writing. I've been offline constantly and haven't been spending them much on anything aside from clothes. Major purchase was probably that for the guild creation I've done recently. Otherwise, no other transactions come to mind.

I try to keep personal issues off the forums as they are of course rather personal, but because the recent attack on my anxiety is starting to take a bigger toll on my mental health - I need to come forward and ask others about it... As someone that has had a few negative experiences online when it ...

Wolfie's Hangout

Considering how many replies I've gotten over on the Welcome Wagon post, I want to ask folks that have seen that to continue the conversation here so that I would be able to give some future newcomers a chance to get acquainted with folks there as well. Hopefully, folks know a bit about me but I'd b...

Re: Pokemon card artist 'taking the border off the artwork'

I've seen this before, but they aren't cropped for the cards, they're Pokemon cards that the text has been painted over and the artist has done the background on the Pokemon cards! Like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P9thEZ2ssug I agree with Nerdy on this: Although I've seen this myself on b...

Re: Art Programs: What do you use?

In terms of art programs, there's quite a bit that I use now. For starters, I have been using Paint(dot)net which is MS Paint with some of Photoshop's features. I do admit that while I use it for small photo editing, I like it for making/editing sprites. Krita is my main go-to program for digital ar...

Oh goodness, thanks for the replies! Hopefully I can cover them all in this one reply. @"Nek0Nerd0" & @"Lemon Cheesecake": Thank you for the extra tips! I might have to look into those a bit more. Luckily I've been able to figure a few things out here and there, but it wouldn...

Re: Learning languages

As far as languages go, the ones I've been trying to learn are Spanish, Japanese, and German. Funnily enough, experience and the time which I picked each one of those up are in that same exact order. :cheer: Both Spanish and Japanese I've started out with classes, the former being from high school a...

Sorry for those that have already seen a lot more introductory first posts around here as mine is more plain Jane sort of post... With that out of the way though, I'm Julie and I've stumbled upon the site through a search for shockingly a TinierMe type of creator guide that was posted by another use...
