Have you tried putting them next to something that you always have to grab??? Like for instance I leave my glasses in my car next to the gear shift. Of course I will notice instantly if im not wearing them, but it helps to remind me to put them on first.

Dont laugh at me... since I live under a rock and all... but what exactly does one do to livestream? I know artists do it often.

I didn't grow up with many distractions.... My mom wasn't the type to go for new things.... That's why if I wanted it I had to get a job and buy it myself.
