Used pet care items only disappearing after page refresh

I’m experimenting with pet items, and I have discovered that used items disappear only after the entire page is reloaded, not after the selection pop up is reopened.

I also think the fish roll is bugged. It seems to give a pet max hunger, but it says 3 points.
