Can't read New PM's

I tried answering below as best I could from guidelines:


What were you doing when you found the bug?:
Clicking on the button to read the new PM's I have.

Can you reproduce it?:
This happens every time I click on the New PM's notification button.


What browser are you using?:
Chrome [incognito has the same issue]

What device are you using?:
Desktop

Rebooted and still had the problem. I tracked it down and it's working again!
