Pet Page Not Working?

I want to feed and bathe my pet, but the page will not load. Keep getting an error 500.
Also won't load on Safari either.

Are you not able to see the page at all or does it only happen when you try to feed a pet?
Are you using https or http?

Doesn't work at all. I click on Pets in the drop down menu under account and get an error 500 on Google Chrome and just a blank white screen on Safari. I have tried both http and https, both have same result.

I tried clearing cookies and shutting down my computer, but nothing seems to be working.

It sounds more like a cache problem rather than a cookie one. Can you try clearing your cache?

I've done that multiple times now and it doesn't work.

Edit: When I look up error 500, it always says that it's something to do on the website's end of things. So I'm not sure what is going on. Only suggestions I got were to wait it out, reload page, or to contact someone to see what's wrong. I've waited it out though and that didn't fix it. Reloading didn't help either. If it's still doing this tomorrow, I don't know what else to do. At least my pet has the immortality potion so it won't die on me. I was just hoping to level it up.

I forgot to also ask how long has this been happening? It has been a long time (months) since I touched the pets. Did you recently upgrade your browser or disable something (such as sending your user agent?)

It started when I first logged in this morning. And no I haven't updated my browser or disabled anything.

It seems like it was happening because your pet has died, Thomas did not have immortality, and there were some out of date calls to important functions that switch the images. I did cause this when I last worked on the pets, but nobody's pets had evolved or died since then, so we had no idea. It's all fixed now!

I mean how did he die? I think I fed him yesterday.
So are you saying he had died at some point, but it just never updated?

The last time you fed Thomas was April 23, 2018 5:15:07 PM, a little over a week ago.
Bathing is a great way to quickly level your pet, but you must feed them or they will starve to death.
