Block and Ignore Buttons are broken

After several attempts, refreshes, and time passing by, I have discovered that the block and foe buttons are broken. Is it just me, or are they broken for everyone else?

Using both a user's profile or the foe manager works great for me. They are added to my foes list and their posts and avatars are hidden.

What are you expecting to have happen?

I expected the person to be added to my foe/block list, but they never showed up there. Huh, I'm intrigued now.

They weren't on my friendlist at the time.
