Trying so hard to post my butt off but...

Living in The Netherlands (different timezone...) + Last day event + no one to talk to + low on feathers = no complete event set that I really really wanted to post for

Sorry for this rant but I just had to get it out .______.

One of my co-workers works remotely from the netherlands, so I understand the struggle between PST and UTC. I have to get up early if I need to work with him on anything.

Timezones in forums, especially small ones, are always hard. We're working on revamping the arcade and making some new games to combat that, but for now posting is all you can do for feathers, unless you're really good at games and can beat the high scores, or want to sell some of your old items.

A tip to get feathers faster: we encourage discussion in Windlyn, so "meatier" categories give more feathers than more casual ones (like the forum games and spam categories). You don't have to just wait around for other people to reply to you. You are welcome to make new topics! Let us know what interests you! Consider adding a topic to Hinterland, like what life in the Netherlands is like, or some other discussion to The Lounge Or share one of your Hobbies with us!

Most of us are in North America, but you can always invite some of your local (or same-timezone) friends to Windlyn!

Chii: normally responding to a post and coming back seems to work out - its just when there is a deadline for getting more feathers to get the last of the items you want before they leave the shop that I get anxious..the last few nights I stayed up later to make that happen... with the help of a few other anxious souls...thank you for the help btw!

So, don't give up Chii, were there still a couple items you were still wanting (besides the backgrounds?). I made sure I got a couple extras so I can gift them to you if I have them, just let me know
