That's good! And it's good to feel uncomfortable to a certain level (keeps you aware). There were insane germophobes before COVID (and there always will be), but the number of people masked up, gloved up, with safety glasses, body covered virtually completely I see out in public these days is quite remarkable. I'm glad you're not like that!
I always been a germophobe myself, but I've done OK so far in my life without all of the extra extras and don't see the need for them now (of course before we knew what we know about COVID it was different situation). The basic remove yourself from anyone coughing or sneezing and/or who say they're feeling funky, don't get too close to strangers (a good all-around habit anyway), and as lemon said don't touch your face unless you've washed your hands first seems to cover most of it for me. Everyone is different of course and if your job requires you to see sick people and such I would imagine changes the equation.
