Popular movies you don't like.

I didn't like those either. I don't like any of Tim Burton's movies. Johnny Depp too except for the Pirate ones.

I'm not a Johnny Depp fan either because he always sounds like he is mumbling ... which made him perfect for the Pirates of the Caribbean series of movies, which I liked.( Except for the one where the screen went blank and I thought the movie projector at the theater had broken, only to find out we were in his mind...I think they lost a piece of the film and edited that in (just kidding but really...did it have to be in there?).

I've only watched clips of Sweeny Todd and Edward Scissorhands. Maybe that says enough?

That one does sound pretty interesting! i admit im a sucker for crime stories based on real life, even if they exaggerate, it still adds that bit extra knowing some of it really happened.
There was another one recently about the Kray twins which i enjoyed a fair bit
But, to stay on topic, another popular movie i never liked! Iron Man 2 pls no

I agree with Ryvvi, E. T. was the horrors of my childhood. xD I saw posters of it and I thought it looked gross and ugly and then my dad told me it was a "family movie". Never watched it or dared to try.
I thought the Iron Man movies were okay, I only watched it because I liked the characters and their personalities. I haven't watched a lot of Johnny Depp but I didn't really like the Pirates of the Caribbean. I don't remember why, maybe I just didn't like the setting. / v

but a few of us who hadnt seen it were like, well the guys keep wanking off over it so lets go see it

Haha, I actually really like Interstellar, not sure why but I really enjoyed watching it. Might just not be your cup of tea though. xD

I didn't really like Hunger Games either, the books were better. Also, talk about any movies that you dislike or you might find people who dislike movies you like.

the acting the set ups the characters the entire stupidity of the whole damn group of characters that i'm supposed to be caring about whether they live or die... it's overall a bad movie...

I think I can honestly say all movies based on a board game have been never been good. Consider yourself warned for future "cash grabs based on toy" properties you may run across!

Re: INTERSTELLAR - I really wanted to love that movie (I like space and time travel, etc.), but I think the thing that killed it for me was it went one level too deep much like INCEPTION. I do like INTERSTELLAR's message/the theme (love can conquer all -- even physics!), but this was a mess IMHO. And I think any movie that tries to pass off Matt McConaughey as super smart starts off at a disadvantage. Just sayin...
