Eggs are a quick (and inexpensive) way to make things healthy & tasty ... I just happen to not like them a whole lot so I have to mix stuff in with them.

I don't eat bread alot, digestion issues & not just because of the carb count, but I have a weakness for ciabatta bread.., it's like eating a dessert ... and if I just eat half a slice toasted a day, once in awhile then it balances out. I buy the package & freeze them in zip loc bags so I can pull one out.

Ciabatta is great as a breakfast treat or as a sandwich. I prefer mine toasted so that it is warm with a little crispiness. Toasted with tomato soup is yummy as well.

I can't remember the last time I had ciabatta bread, and I don't eat it a lot because it's hard for me to digest, but whenever I do have it it's like a treat because it's so good. Ciabatta with tomato soup sounds perfect for the upcoming cold weather. =u=

I'm so curious about the movie. I've been thinking about it since you mentioned it. xD

I was up coughing most of the night, but I feel better today than I have been. :3 Ashton, is your cold getting better?

It's a quiet morning since there are few appointments. There's no one in the lobby (for now) and the phone hasn't been ringing, so I'm enjoying the silence. I finally have time to doodle and for once, in god knows how long, I finally feel at peace. *tear drop*

Let's see how long this lasts.

How is it there are no appointments? We used to have to call the patients to remind them to make their check up appts, now it seems like they want you to book your 6 month appt at the end of the check up, do offices still make reminder calls? Seems to me we'd mail off reminder postcards too. Maybe everything is too tech now.

Are you taking anything for your cough?

I work in the dental student department. The dental students are the ones who set up appointments for their patients. They usually remind their patients of upcoming appointments, or our system has them set up for call or text reminders. The students have board exams this week, so the number of appointments are limited. There are no appointments on my floor today.

My cough is gone now. :')

oh, that actually sounds like it could be an interesting department to work in. Do you get dental work done for free as a patient at all? I thought you worked in a dental clinic on site I didn't realize it was a student based one. I am surprised they still have you come in if there is nothing scheduled... but then I guess you at least get paid.

So glad your cough is gone! It seems I can take the kids cough medicine ok & it doesn't taste too bad.
