For next month I want to cosplay as Mamimi from FLCL and Kairi from Kingdom Hearts (the first game). I might try both cosplays, or just choose one depending on money.

At the con from last weekend there was a contest for people who designed their own cosplays. It was fun seeing everyone's creativity.

Do you check out thrift shops for items you can then redo?

No, I haven't been to a thrift store in a while. ^^;

thrift stores have purses, belts etc that you can modify into say utility belts for characters. Hot glue gun works great if you can't sew.

My new coworker speaks so softly and mumbles a lot, and now I understand my family's frustrations when I'd speak that way over the years. I think this is my karma, lol.

The amount of times I have to ask her to speak up or repeat herself everyday gets a bit annoying, tbh. It doesn't help that our desks are apart. Maybe I'm just complaining...

I guess when you get tired of saying "I'm sorry could you repeat that" you can try getting up, walking over to her & asking, maybe she will get the hint?

Sometimes I roll closer to her in my chair. With all of my repeating and having to move closer, to think she'd get the hint by now lol.

I'd apologize and say I'm sorry I have to keep asking you to repeat yourself, but I have hearing problems. It usually works when people do that to me.

Telling her that I'm having a hard time hearing her only did so much. x-x I've had to ask her to repeat herself so many times today. This is definitely my karma lol.

I've always wanted to try communicating with tin cans, honestly. I bet if I jokingly brought it up she'd be on board.

What's the point of anything anymore? Everything is meaningless.

The holidays bring me so much anxiety... I woke up in the middle of the night from an anxiety attack and all I want to do is cry..

I'm just saying this to get it out of my thoughts so I can try to focus at work. I want to go home so bad..

That's a good strategy. Another is to crowd out the unhelpful thoughts with good ones!
