My husband and I made a budget plan last night and it was the most depressing thing ever.
At least we budgeted in random money for each of us to just waste on whatever this time.

They sure can. and it Sucks!
We went from a 6 month lease to month to month and it rose $300 by the time we finally moved. We were month to month for like 4-5 months?
