Glad you're feeling better! :cheer:

I had to re-train myself to be self-concious of how I bend and twist to avoid injuring my back again. It wasn't too hard and it becomes muscle memory after some mindful bending when the need to bend comes around.

Yep, the stretches are game-changers!

I just got home from an anime convention and I'm so tired. @-@ I didn't volunteer this time, but I had fun checking out a few panels, the vendors, and the artist alley.

Last night the local anime group had a dance party, so I went to that and had fun. I'm glad my back healed up enough for me to dance.
