It's just, the lady acts like maybe the menu changed completely and the food she wants isn't there anymore. I'm pretty sure this isn't her first time in the drive through.
But there's still no reason to hold up a drive through line for 10 minutes because you're too lazy to get up and come inside. That just drives off customers.
As soon as the menu changed, she ordered without really spend the time to look at the menu, Like, gosh. You knew what you wanted, yet you still help up the freaking line!
The vehicle in front of her was two guys. They were all chill and like "Try our chicken biscuits? Sure, why not.... I'll have 2 chicken biscuits, one with cheese and that's it."
(he was reading off the menu about the chicken biscuit).....
There was a lady who came in a few minutes before lunch started, wanting lunch. I told her it would be a short wait so she ordered a breakfast item and came back later for the rest of her order.
More common sense there because at least she didn't hold up the line for lunch to start officially.
