The school has a pool. Other schools, for their swim units, come to ours
Course, we also have the only, yes, only, outdoor classroom in WNY, so while we are small, we aren't obnoxiously poor either, and the community gets involved. Like the outdoor classroom was entered in a competition for a Pepsi grant, and obviously we won, so the band teachers were working with the woodworking teachers for various instruments, science classes were researching different garden types and such that were local, and since this was about the time I left for a WDW trip, I don't know how much others were involved outside voting
But even so, small town, certainly not drowning in money, no fancy parks or anything
Tho Letchworth, about an hour away, is gorgeous

swimming is such great exercise over all. I wonder why it isn't encouraged more... I do know with the drought some pools shut down previous years but generally the water is recirculated - maybe cost of life guards and cleaning chemicals and upkeep?

Although I do hate it when the pool is crowded and people splashing and bumping into you.

We could take a bath, but we'd have to get the mop bucket in place beforehand because the tub leaks during a bath
But not a shower

wow! what's level 4 restrictions? I know we can only water twice a week when we have water restrictions.

That's weird, doesn't the water go down the same drain for a bath or a shower? Or is it the tub facet that is leaking and not the shower facet?

The tub itself leaks, and only when there's standing water
If the water's running, no leaks occur

These flower crowns remind me of the daisy ( the really tiny ones) crowns we would make in the summer as kids, actually we'd make dandelion crowns too come to think of it

You leave a little stem on the flowers and put a little slit in the stem where you put the stem from another flower in. Then you put a slit in theat stem and push a stem from another flower in and so on - interlocking the flowers until you have it the size you want and then interlock the last flower stem though the first flower.

This summer go and try it!
