I'm so sorry you're dealing with anxiety. It can be completely debilitating, but it sounds like you're not past that line (at least most of the time). In my struggles (everyone has anxiety to some degree) what I've found really helpful figuring out life is a group that go by the name THE SCHOOL OF LIFE. They have a many many videos that thoughtfully go through various topics in understandable simplified ways that no others have even come close to topping.

I only know you online and while I do not doubt who your present yourself as (we all know real life can be very different!). In my experience meds have their place, but they should not be used in place of when re-framing thoughts/thinking could literally change everything (the goal of therapy).
