Naw, i know. That's why my anxiety is at its worst. Lack of sleep which i cant seem to fix. Everytime I force myself to sleep, i end up with a bad headache from a few hours to like 2 days.

have you tried taking melatonin pills and see if that helps? Always test new medication etc on a night you don't have to work the next day in case they make you drowsy. The melatonin are over the counter.

Whether I tried them or not, idk because i do have some. But I hate taking any kind of pill just to go to sleep.

Ik I should use them to help me, and that the bottle says non-habit forming, but i dont like taking them because i dont want to start relying on them to sleep and rather get to sleep on my own. It's a rather irrational thing of mine. I know the benefits, but i refuse it.

I had this idea just now...

It's a mix of an rp and a game thread. It is the game mafia. We role play our roles and the roles are dispersed by a role the dice kind of thing, then i would pm everyone their role, and the person who is the "killer" would pm their victim to keep the secret and then people would have to figure out who did it via discussion in the thread via roleplay.

Of course, if i did that, i would have to work on fixing this up and all. But I wanted to share the idea.

What do y'all think?

Or, i would give each role their specific info they need and they use that to discuss. Idk. Now that I think this over, it seems a bit difficult.
