Forgetting Passwords

I wasn’t sure to put this is bug or feedback.

So, I forgot my password and for a while I could not log in. When I tried to forget password, it would take forever to load and then say some server error message like when something doesn’t load all the way. When I go to other parts of the site, it loads just fine. The email will eventually send but I thought it wouldn’t. Two things that would be good:

1) Unregistered/non logged in users to be able to message for assistance. I had no idea what to do when it happened.

2) The screen to say Email Sent or some nature that we will get our reset email.
