I too would really love to see one of these Casino forums, maybe just a Money games forum in general so people can do lotteries ect too. Now that we have the dice roll feature we can actually gamble.

A few sub-forum ideas for the GD:

I'd like to see a Video game discussion forum, or at least something similar so we can have a place to talk about video games, and share information to play games together.

Maybe a sub forum for people to talk about anime and stuff like that, that's a pretty popular thing.

A general hobbies forum for people to talk about their hobbies like, knitting, golfing, ect.

And maybe as either a sub forum or it's own forum a Politics forum where people can discuss current events or even just opinions in politics.

I really do like these ideas, and I was hoping somebody would suggest some! Forums and sub-forums are generally easy for us to implement, so I don't mind doing that at all. I'll have a talk with Diana tonight, and we'll see about adding some more things in! Thanks Satan!

Although, let us know if you think of more that you think you'd like to see/have! No harm in asking!

Will do!

Maybe a pop culture forum, so people can talk about things that are currently popular either irl or online, I noticed you guys already have a pop culture forum, but from the looks of it, it's geared more toward hobbies and such rather than things that are currently popular.

Yeah, it's supposed to be for well.. Pop culture, like you mentioned. I think it just got mixed up a little. I'm actually going to be working on fixing the forums and organizing them better. Feel free to post what you like, I'll just move it if it's not necessarily in the right forum anyways. :) So it's really easy. But it's easy enough to figure it out, haha. But I do want to fix it, and add a few more sub-forums and such too, I want to encourage people to post more.

User-run market forums? Like Buying/Selling or Marketplace for the exchange of items and currency? Will this be implemented after the shops are back up?

Maybe a subforum in the Game Room for forum games? The description says it's for user-run games but I assume that's like contests and games like I'm hosting, not stuff like, "Let's write a story, one sentence per post!" ya know? As the site gets busier, you're probably gonna want to separate the two to keep the one forum from being a cluster of mixed kinds of threads.

I plan on having a nice little "marketplace," after I get avatars fully working, and muck around with shops to figure things out. I'm going to try to make it so users can list items at whatever price, and then other users can buy/bid on them with currency. Annnnnnnnd then I gotta figure out trading.
I have a vague idea of how to do these but we'll see. haha.

I figured user-run games were all of the forum games. Those are the ones I usually take part in; but I see what you're saying. We'll probably implement another subforum as it gets busier. I want to keep the number of forums we have low right now, cause it seems to be scaring people a little.

I very highly doubt a higher number of forums is scaring anyone away - Honestly the biggest reason people aren't sticking around is going to be the lack of avatars and that seems to be getting fixed so when that's up, you should have more people coming in. But people usually want a good amount of forums, it gives the site diversity, provides at least one forum each person can consider a home base and it helps keep the forums organized when you have specific subforums. :3

Personally I think the reason people are not posting is because of the avatars, but we're already working on that.
I also think it's because we don't have enough forums and subforums, that it's a bit confusing and people don't know where to post. It'll fill up as we get more people.

Like I said, today I've been working on organizing a lot of stuff while Diana's been making the site a lot more pretty. :) I'll be updating the forums hopefully sometime within the next week or so- depending on what takes priority.

A few little suggestions from my side:
Maybe put the Site Feedback, Bug reports and Help forums as subforums.
Making the Community just about the community, for example The Welcome forum, but also a community discussion, so people get to talk about everything around.
The Hangouts, Gameroom, Irl? and pop culture in the General forums, under the community.

I think that way people will find it easier to find things (not that it's hard now, but there are a lot of lazy people who don't read a thing).

Thanks so much for your feedback! I appreciate people taking the time to give us their two cents.

I do agree that people generally don't read things- which is a little frustrating at times. This is why we had the Support and Bug Report forums out in the open, because I was afraid not many people would utilize them to their fullest extent if they couldn't see it- because not many people go out of their way to post if something is wrong. They usually just let it slide. But this bugs me, because we can't catch everything. So we have to rely on users to tell us what's wrong.

Although I do agree with what you're saying- the "General" and "Community" seems a little muddled, and a bit confusing. I am writing up a new layout for the forums currently, and I plan to work on it sometime this week (or when I get a chance), while Diana works on our coding.

So thank you again! Your input on this is greatly appreciated! If you have any other suggestions or ideas, we always take everything into account. So please don't hesitate to let us know!

I know how frustrating it can be. Some people won't even read things if it's explained on the most easy way ever and in their face.
People like that will always be around and they won't post unless they lose something of it. But then again, there are also people like me around who point out the bugs or what could be better.

Yeah, no. It's entirely true, unfortunately. But for every person who doesn't read something, I hope there's one person who will, haha.

Also! That Euro coin, lol. I'm positive I have the exact same one in my wallet!

I can read for 2 and tell them the super short version of it all.

It is. I am in the Euro zone, so that's what you get.
