Content in spoilers and avatar item image size

I noticed that the content inside spoiler tags is rendered even if they are never opened. Would it be possible to only load them on demand? This is mainly relevant for images inside spoilers.

✔️ I also think it would reduce load time considerably if the item preview images in the avatar creator would be reduced to, let's say, 75x75px.
