Interest Check (Sci-Fi/Western mishmash)

Alright, so, I've been wanting to try my hand at making a roleplay. I've also been wanting to be a bit more active on this site as well. So, I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone.

Keep in mind that this is nothing more than a rather flimsy concept. I just want to see if anyone would be interested in the idea itself before I start working on things proper.

Anyhow! The idea I have takes inspiration from stuff like Firefly and Cowboy Bebop and such, the setting being science fiction with some western elements mixed in. The roleplay itself would take place in a 'backwater' system of sorts, where there are dangers and opportunities aplenty. The denizens there would mostly be criminals, settlers, and people who are just trying to make a life without falling under the government's (or governments') eye. I don't have much of a plot in mind at the moment, though I'm more than up for suggestions.

Anyways, that's basically it. If you're interested feel free to post in the thread, and I'm up for hearing any and all suggestions.

Yeah definitely. I'm so busy that if I have a character, it'll be a wanderer of sorts that I can pop in and out possibly. That way I don't get anyone stuck while I'm having bouts of workloads. D:
