Hello, and nice to meet you!
I’m Oya, and I’m a huge weeb.
I heard about Windlyn from a friend on another site.
I enjoy reading and hiking.
I hope we can get along!

My goodness, that's some tiny font there!

Hello Oyashiro! (Would that happen to be Oyashiro like Higurashi?)
Welcome to Windlyn! I'm glad to hear people are inviting their friends.

I've recently gotten into hiking, but I tire out easily. haha. What's your favourite place you've hiked at?

Aah, I didn’t realize the text was so small! It looks the same size as yours on my screen ∑(;°Д°)
Hehe, stamina’s difficult to build. I’m not quite an endurance hiker myself. I really like the Redwoods in California, it’s really beautiful.

Hehe, Higurashi is one of my all-time favourite things~ I've watched the anime and read most of the manga but I've only read about the first episode of the visual novel Q.Q It's so long. Have you read/watched Umineko? It's by the same guy and is *sort of* connected, and I really enjoy that too~

@“IMIesh”
They are! But at least it doesn’t take as long to read because the new one has a decent translation! ‘u’
I’m a sucker for most of R07’s stuff. I read the Umineko VNs a few years back after watching the terrible anime adaption, and I’m currently re-reading them with the PS3 sprites and voices added.
While I’ll always like Higurashi better, Umineko is very good in different ways.

Have you heard of Higanbana? It’s not in the same vein as Higurashi or Umineko (no looping), but the themes are similar.
