Hello, and welcome to Windlyn!

Will you tell us some more about yourself? What do you do for fun? What are you most passionate about?
And a silly question:
Why do people go to baby changing stations and come back with the same baby?

I am glad you think it is cool! I hope you will be around for a while as well. :D
If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to PM a moderator (user with a blue username) or me, or post in the help/support forum.

Well right now I don't do much for fun, but I really should start drawing again or something. I have bad lazy habits haha.

I'm most passionate about theatre and seeing my friends succeed.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I've never thought about that :P

Welcome to Windlyn! Sounds like you are a good friend. I like to think we are a friendly community and I certainly like to see my friends succeed too - especially when it is for something they have worked hard for.

Please join us in my dice game threads for a chance to get extra feathers. Do your fishing every day for free items and purchase the items at the Lazarus shop first as they only are temporary. Play the game room games for a chance for feathers without posting ( and the doughnut game is fun and the spelling game challenging) , see if you can get top scores!

If you are passionate about theater does that mean you like to do some acting? Singing? Or just enjoying the performances?

I really enjoy acting, but my main focus right now is in technical theatre and specifically hair and makeup. I'm also passionate because I feel theatre and film are big driving forces behind change because they start discussion among groups of people. I also just like the glitz and glam of a final production and people enjoying what everyone has come together to create :3

I remember the school plays and the excitement back stage on opening night. I did very little performing but got to do some technical lighting and helping with costumes etc. And then it is wonderful to watch everyone blossom in their performances.

Acting may be art, but tech stuff is arts and crafts! ;)

I get what you're saying about theatre and film's influencing viewers, but I find that film (and TV to some extent) are so immersive today that people many times have a hard time distinguishing what's real. It's all manipulative, but when everyone needs to be aware that it's used regularly to persuade people (sometimes for bad agendas e.g. propaganda). It's a very powerful thing and as they say, with great power comes great responsibility!

What production are you working on currently?

Welcome to Windlyn Bara-Senpai!

You say your focus is on hair and makeup, is that what you'd like to do as a career or just exploring all there is to theatre?

Yes I love watching actors go on stage, especially on opening night :P

Haha I'm gonna use that quote I like that! Sorry I cut a chunk out just to save on space cause I don't want super cluttered x.x;; but yeah I agree sometimes people get entirely too involved in shows.

Right now I work for a wigmaker in LA and I'm going to school. At school I'm working on our production of "Follies" and for work I get to work on a bunch of big name films that I can't talk about x.x;;

Right now yeah it's where I'm going with my career, but to be super honest I have a pipe dream of becoming a famous actor. I find acting to be the hardest thing for me to do right now because of my work schedule, and the fact that some pieces of work are hard for me to read and practice because it gets emotionally taxing. In the end though I feel great when I act, but I also feel great when something I've made is on stage. I'm torn honestly haha.

You may be torn but I think it's great that you're enjoying what you're doing now. When you finish school you can put more focus on acting and you could always fall back on the technical side.
