Salutations. I am new. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

On a serious note, I heard of this site through a friend, and when I saw the avatars, I thought they were cute, so here I am. There are not much games, but... perhaps there are other things I can do to entertain myself while on this site, like role play. I find it quite interesting that I joined three days after my friend did.

On another note... it might take me a while to get used to this site.

Yes, the avatars are cute!

Diana does a great job!

We don't have a lot of games yet, but more are coming (we are still in Beta of course), but we have many game threads and events that many are like games. Everyone is super-friendly, so I'm sure you'll find lots to do.

We should have a motto or something like "Come for the Avatars, stay for the community!"

If you have questions, just ask and feel free to jump into any threads!

galled Thank you! The person is Dipper, though I don't know if they've settled in yet since they only joined three days ago, but perhaps they have. Only time will tell if they has or not.

I did forget this site is still in beta. Woops. Well hey, at least the community is nice. I have yet to find the thread for my questions, but if I can't find anything related to my topic, I'll ask. It's mostly for image sizes, since I want to put art in my signature so it's not left blank, and I don't have anywhere to link to at this current time have a pet rock egg to link to now.

I do like that motto. Give my compliments to Diana, if you wouldn't mind.

Those are UI questions I can't answer--I'm the hardware and connectivity person. Diana will surely drop in (she's at school now) so you can tell her yourself when she does.

Oh sweet! I'm glad he has. He also thinks the avis are cute. I'l tell her if I ever see her... or... is she someone who is okay with receiving messages, or is messaging the staff not allowed?

welcome to Windlyn! Wow, has Dipper only been on here for three days ? (Dipper has accomplished so much already and should be a good guide for you but don't be afraid to ask any of us questions).

Many points to remember: Buy Lazarus items first as they are either seasonal or may never be back again. Present items leave the Lazarus shop May 6. Easter egg hunt ends May 1st (Monday?).

Join in my game threads for a chance at free feathers and in Monkeygirl18's game threads for items or feathers.

Go fishing in the Star Pond every 8 hours for items that are not in the shops.
Forums has a good help/support thread that may answer any questions you have ( I check back on to it myself).
PMing Diana is allowed! She gets back to us quite quickly. She is in University so she may be at class but you'll see her popping on quite often.
There are a few members looking for others to role play with so check their threads out.

I'd like to travel , but can't really afford it - but that said there are places I would not like to travel too.

I've never really played sports since I am not that good at it and I do not watch sports games. But I like to watch the Olympics when they are on.

Have you been clicking on any Easter eggs? Just be wary of a few people's signatures where they have placed decoy eggs (it's not a glitch in the event just some people's sense of humor). Particularly Monkeygirl18 above and also Akuyi and Murmurlade.

Anyways, I don't really keep up with sports... not even the olympics. I do want to go to Germany, France, the U.K., Canada, but I really want to go to Florida to go to Disney World.
