Ooh, I had been meaning to reply re: language grammar. Yes, I guess a lot of interpretation is involved with translation!

Looking at the whole sentence/thought it a great tip! A friend or mine from China once told me that a customary greeting when meeting someone coming from the bathroom is "have you eaten lunch." LOL I think that's what he said. He told me he had no idea why they do that and he also thought it was strange. LOL

Maybe some expressions defy everyone!
