The shirt was from our recent Halloween Masquerade event, check Member run yard sales to see who may have one for sale.
The vest is from a past event also, again found in member run yard sales. Akuyi is generally the most active, and also does free item giveaways to new members, but they are on a bit of a hiatus so look for them to reopen.
