Do the ice packs, take the ibuprophen every 4 to 6 hours for about 4 days and after a few days do the warm salt water rinses and you should be ok.

They'll put you under so no need to worry about the shots!
Remember: Ice, ibuprophen for pain & anti inflammatory and sleep the first day.

One minute I was talking to the dentist and the next minute I was waking up from the surgery and going home. My face isn't swollen but it seems only the right side hurts.
