I mostly crave chocolate because it's my go-to comfort food and hormonal craving. But, I don't doubt that I'm lacking vitamin B's. I'm probably lacking in every vitamin, tbh ^^;

I don't like mushrooms that much, but I've been seeing videos of people cooking enoki mushrooms, and their meals always look soooo good. I want to try them some day!

Someone made these, and this also looks very yummy. :3

I'm not my best right now, but I'll push through.

We'll have off for Christmas, the day after Christmas, and New Year's Day, but that's it. The students will be out for winter break, except the few students who volunteered to help with the emergency patients.

Last year we were given a paid week off and staff could volunteer for the emergency clinic, but not this year.

Budgets are getting tighter.
Can you ask for the time off as part of your vacation?
I get Christmas & New Year's days off but no pay. We can not ask for vacation time for the month of December until after Christmas.
I'm no going anywhere so not a big deal for me.

I only have 9 hours of vacation time left. I've been wondering what I could use it for, but if it rolls into the next year or is added to my paycheck at the end of the year then it's no biggie for me.

It sucks that you get the holidays off but no pay for them. :'/ And it sucks even more that you're not able to ask for vacation time until after Christmas. What if you requested to take a December vacation ahead of time like, back in May or something? Would it have been rejected? ("you" in a general sense). Or would the request have to be for after Christmas still?

i get paid for most holidays with or without working them and have the option to work most unless forced in and get double pay for: 1. working them and 2. it being a paid holiday. i think its because the job i work is considered "a government job" even tho its not directly working in the government like with political stuff.

it really only a big difference if i work them otherwise it dont look that different. pay is bi-weekly so sometimes i dont notice the difference.
