salsa and eggs is good. Did you fry the egg with a slice of tomato or dice the tomato and add it to scrambled or?

My mom cuts the tomato into eighths or something, adds it to scrambled egg, and adds salt and sugar to taste.

There was half a year we were subsisting on hospital food and discovered scrambled eggs and ketchup is surprisingly good.

I have scrambled eggs and ketchup nearly every morning! It's a great breakfast even though it sounds weird. It keeps me going until lunch and nearly zero carbs. :)

We actually used to have it often for dinner! It’s a really quick dish, and it uses up our leftover ketchup packets.

One of my brothers eats ketchup with hard-boiled eggs, which weirds me out.

I've had it for dinner too on occasion. Eggs are a great food (not too many yolks in one day tho or my cholesterol gets too high).

Hehe, I've done the ketchup packets thing too! :)

I'll do a little salt or Miracle Whip with my hard-boiled eggs. Many times I'll just skip the yolks and I can eat them plain (the yolks make it too dry for me without anything like mayo or salad dressing). Eggs are a great food!

The yolks have a ton of amino acids! They’re not completely healthy, but there’s worse.

I like eggs with zucchini, too!

zucchini omelet is good.

I've never put sugar with my eggs or tomato's...then again I try to keep the sugar for my desserts!

Sliced tomato and an oil and vinegar dressing is delicious. But I can eat tomato's fresh off the plant, however, they sometimes are too acidic for my tummy!

I like yolks and I eat them. I just can't eat too many in a day or my doctor gives me flack about it.

I've never of adding sugar to an egg based meal. That doesn't sound like it would taste nice.

Zucchini omlet. I going to have to try that one.

It’s not a lot of sugar, just a sprinkle!

...now I’m trying to think of other egg based meals with sugar.

Well, yes, but MissAutumn was referring to egg-based meals.

...though I’d like to eat custard as a meal. I’ve had custard-filled bread as a snack before.

I love custard filled bread!

you can cook eggs like a crepe and use them like a burrito shell.

And OMG Vivianne...how did you manage to get a mermaid tale!!! Those were single event items!!

I got it from a grab bag from Kit! She’s amazing! I only saw them on avatars and I was quietly admiring them.

So, yeah, that was my adventure on Windlyn today.
