Unfortunately, Windlyn is too laggy. I'm unsure as to why that is bu everything else is loading properly for me save for this site. Even registering caused an error on my end.

Sorry you're seeing issues. Can you provide specifics or describe what the error's you're seeing? I know Diana is working on the new member functions right now and for the last few days, so perhaps that was a factor? (Please note, we're only in Alpha so service will be spotty--but we try not to keep it to a minimum.)

I'll have a look at the server logs, but without knowing where you are/were and at what time, it'll have to be something obvious for me to spot it if anything is a wrong at all.

Sorry for the misleading post. I pretty much meant that I was also browsing other sites while trying to post on this one and I could note the noticeable lag here in general.

As for the error, I have a general lag in this place which I don't experience elsewhere. Pages take more than a few seconds to load and when I tried registering, I was led to an error page - pretty much the one you get when you don't get a response from the site. Literally every page is laggy for me right now. I first wondered if it was my PC/internet but again everything else save for Windlyn is loading smoothly for me.

Thanks for the reply. I see you're in Oz (we're in California). Do you know what tracert is? Perhaps, if you're able you can PM me a tracert log. Our ping times seem about normal for us, but FYI, Windlyn runs on a subnet of a company server, so it'll never be as fast as Gaia etc. even on the best days.

Yeah Windlyn is pretty slow for me, too, because it gets routed through some slow ass server on the way to Germany. It might be something similar for you.

I initially had a ping of, like, 8 seconds. Right now it's down to 4-5. It still bugs me, but there's nothing I can do about it and I just resorted to load several pages at the same time so I only have to wait once. :/ God bless the quick reply button!

You've probably came here on one of those days the server is going slowly. There are those time.
