Salutations, well met, good morning, good evening, and how do you do.

I joined today in the afternoon, and I quite like what I see here, as far as avatars go at least.

For the most part my hobbies are reading and singing. I also enjoy watching movies and TV shows or cartoons though I do not indulge in those often. I enjoy writing and role-playing as well, though I do not have as much time to do everything I enjoy. I like to do a little doodling as well on the side and I also do a little bit of css and html.

I'm a bit of a drifter online.

Hm... other than that I like tea and I'm working on improving my knowledge of tea. I'm also a student currently.

It's nice to meet you all.

Thank you. I intend to stick around for a bit at least.

I've already seen you around quite a bit. I'll see about looking into such games. Many of those 29 unread threads in my sidebar have you as the last poster.

It's a bit hard to say what my favorite tea is. There are many teas and a great deal of tea's flavor has to do with how it's prepared. I've found I do like some assam blacks, some earl greys, some silver needle, and I've even started to acquire a bit of taste for certain Pu-erh teas. I had a pretty good pan-fired chinese green tea once.

My apologies, I do need to step out for a bit to walk my dog.

Chuuni novels? Hm... Xianxia? Novelupdates? Gravitytales? Volaretranslations? Wuxiaworld? Any of those words bring something to mind?

I read all sorts of novels. Sci-fi fantasy, romance, comedy, I don't particularly know. Psychological thriller? Mysteries?

Go ahead with some recommendations. It would fill me with glee if we happened to read the same novels.

I forgot to mention ...don't forget to go "fishing" at the star pond ( cycles about every 8 hours) Scroll over the game room at the top header and click on fishing and follow the instructions. It's space themed items!!

Ah, so that's how it works. I wasn't too sure about the time needed before I could fish again.

Well, I was interested in Skye: Endless Realm for a while, and checked in on it today. End result, found out there won't be a Skye: Endless Realm and found a list of other avatar sites that the Endless Realm team seemed to recommend. I looked through the list and picked out three to try. This is the only one I liked enough to post for so far. I might get around to saying something on the others eventually.

Well, pop a little bit of rap I suppose? Some jazz. Tried to sing some rock. I sing a couple songs that are technically metal, but I can't growl to save my life. Soo... *shrugs*

Ah, I can't believe I forgot Moonbunny Cafe. Actually I know why. I put a lot of the stories I read on there on hold to let it build up more or just because of lack of time.

It's hard to say what my favorites were. I kind of mindlessly consumed over a hundred novels on novelupdates, and what with erratic translation schedules and a mind like a sieve it's a bit hard to remember what fits in what genre and which ones I liked most.

Let's see. I do believe I read SOTR and ISSTH. Those are temporarily on my "hold" list so I can wait for more chapters to build up so I can enjoy a delicious binge read for a few days and then cry when I catch up again. I haven't gotten around to absolute choice, but it's on my interest list.

DKC and Saint Salary Man are on my hold list. GDDBM is on my reading list.

GFS... wasn't there something about Qidian's english translation stealing it?

The stories on my novelupdates completed list that I liked the most were:
Half Prince, Legend of the Sun Knight, Mulberry Song, Sansheng Wangchuan Wu Shang (Three Lives, Death Exists Not at the River of Oblivion), To Be A Virtuous Wife, A Slight Smile is Very Charming

The stories I liked the most (that I can recall vividly) on my On Hold list were:
Chu Wang Fei Dominion's End, Douluo Dalu, Dungeon Defense, I shall Seal the Heavens, Mei Gongqing, My Disciple Died Again, No Hero, Sovereign of the Three Realms, Tales of Demons and Gods, The King's Avatar, Transcending the Nine Heavens and World of Cultivation

On my reading list would be:
At the Northern Fort (for fluff), Gomen ne, Onii-sama, I'll Live My Second Life, I'm really a superstar, Legend of the Cultivation God, Martial God, My Death Flags Show No Sign of Ending, Rebirth of the Thief Who Roamed the World, Release That Witch, The Tutorial is Too Hard, and Zhanxian.

Ohhhhhh! I see Moonbunny as more of romance, fluff stories! Minus Against The Gods and Saint Salaryman, lol.
I really want to hold it in to let chapters build, but I can't! I subscribed to the mailing list!
I donated to the patreons! It's too nervewracking!!

I know I could always read the chinese version, but my reading is rusty and I'll have to translate some words... OTL
GDDBM lol-- I really like the female lead for this. And the relationship between the two romantic interests.
Y'know the recent "gory" chapter, I feel like the excessive warnings weren't very necessary. Sliced in half? Sorry, Jiang Chen did it better ;)
Welp, no spoilers, but SOTR is a really good novel anyhow. I can't wait for you to catch up.

Hmm--- I don't recall.. do you know any more information about this? I really like GFS because it's the first non-martial arts related novel WITH COOKING INVOLVED I've read... also, as someone who cooks myself, the descriptions are too damn good.

I completed Virtuous Wife and Slight Smile as well-- those were really good! I think Slight Smile got a manhua adaptation. It was on Dreams of Jianghu, if I recall correctly.... LEGEND OF THE SUN KNIGHT WAS REALLY REALLY GOOD! YELLS LOLI NECROMANCER STOLE MY HEART----- however i read the manhua for that, I didn't know there was a novel! I have to go check now, thanks!

I'll dig around on Mulberry Song and SWWS.. didn't really like Half Prince, though.
I'm currently reading everything on your hold list except Dominion's End/Duoluo (tang jia san shao made me mad)/Mei Gongqing/Disciple Died Again and Transcending the 9 Heavens.
So many novels to read! Rather, it's been you giving me recommendations //sobs slowly

Would you say Release That Witch is good? I spoiled myself a bit so I was reluctant to start it...
REBIRTH THOUGH!!! NIRVANA FLAME FTWWWW /collapses

I seriously, seriously recommend Absolute Choice since it isn't on your list.

Hm, I suppose? It's been a while since I've looked based upon the site rather than stuff I find on novelupdates or through recommendations.

Heeeh, I have so much to read that it works out.

I can't read this stuff, without google translation :P

Heh, that's true, us xianxia readers are already used to seeing clans and sects exterminated and families up to nine generations and stuff like that. Therefore there's nothing surprising or shocking to us.

I know it is, that's part of the reason it's on hold. Waiting for each chapter to post is agonizing. Therefore I run away, agonize for a bit, distract myself, and wait a few months, come back and voila a ridiculous amount of chapters to binge on!

Well, there's also God of Cooking... that I read. It's right here, the latest post for GFS.

Heeh, Slight Smile also has a Movie and TV series. I've watched both of them. I loved Virtuous wife, it was all sorts of fun. LSK, No Hero, and Half Prince were all written by Yu Wo. The novels are waay better than the manga/manhwa. You're welcome.

I have translation discontinued lists and a dropped list as well for a total of 6 Lists. As for the novels I have read. My reading list has 78 novels, my on hold list has 99, my completed list has 26 stories, and my translation discontinued list has 53 stories, though I need to rearrange my lists again. Several of the stories I put on "discontinued" list have been started up again or picked up by new translators.

Mulberry song is super short and SWWS is on moonbunny cafe I think.

Yeah, I loved Half Prince when I read it, and thought it was the best thing ever. Then I finished it and got disappointed. I think the later parts weren't nearly as amusing. It got too serious and then I hated the MC's choice. What did TJSS do?
What can I say, I read a lot. That's my online translated novels list. I'm also reading a bunch of fanfictions for worm, and then there are some books I read too (though I don't read books nearly as often).

Yeah, I think Release that Witch is pretty good. I enjoyed it for the most part at least. Or at least, I remember enjoying it for the most part. Yeah it's pretty cool.

It's on my interest list, but not my reading list, but I can move it over to my reading list. I got a lot of stories to catch up on though, but yeah, moving it over now.

Not so much, we just happen to both be one of thousands that read on the same sites. And those sites are some of the big sites on the free/donation-fueled translated Chinese/Korean novels.

My dog is some sort of poodle mix. Unfortunately I don't actually know the details of what he is. I have a picture of him as a puppy though.
