Anyway, you can call me Chachii. As you probably guessed, I like those pokedudes too, but my favorite game is actually Super Mario World. More info in my profile bio. I'm pretty much addicted to memes and puns, and it's tearing my life apart. (nonotrly)

I'm looking at communities and watching them grow a bit, but I'm probably gonna stick around, as the bases and items are a good bit different than what you'd normally find in avatar communities.

Also, that feel when you find a pretty cool person that you'd be potential friends with, but they haven't logged in since January or something.

I'm working on a platformer since it's my first game, and I'll need a good bit of experience before I move on to the task of a very complex 16-bit RPG. Nothing really to show, at the moment though.

I see that you're a self-taught programmer. That's great! Even though you may go to school for programming, pretty much anything you do in the real world will require teaching yourself so you're doing fantastic!

Thank you! And that's great, I'm hoping I can get adjusted to things here, but it seems like I will fairly easily.

Indeed, I don't feel college, when it comes to graphics/programming, is much more than a diploma that companies look for. I'm going to hopefully have my own small company once things get set off and I have substantial funding.

I actually am, however mostly doing programming right now since I'm not that great with palettes and such. I'm practicing a bit, t hough.

So nice to see you did a welcome thread and happy to see you posting in my threads.

Don't forget to fish in the star pond every day ( about every 12 hours) its under the game room header, you can get the moon backgrounds from there.
Always buy the Lazarus shops while the items are in there because they could be gone and take awhile to come back or be gone forever.
Don't hesitate to post in the threads - we are all friendly and get very excited to see new people.
I've just opened mine and Gizzie's charity - each post on the first page has opportunities for getting past items or feathers for the different steps you make.
Akuyi has a very generous charity in her yard sale where you can pick 10 items for free in your first few weeks if you are new.

Thank you! I'm hoping for a release of something by the end of the year, actually.
I do like some PSX games, however I currently don't own any new systems other than the 3DS. I do mostly PC gaming these days. I really enjoy Spryo, Crash Bandicoot, God of War, and some other games like those I can't think of right now.
