Hello there and welcome to Windlyn where the gentle breeze of love blows over the budding seedlings of friendship! In order to make an avatar you need to purchase the base in the Shops. You can find them here the red shop sells the bases, hair, and face sets. The middle one sells the common clothes and the one with the cocktail glass sells the Event Items. Those will be gone on the 21st.

Go to the shops (tab above, there are 3 shops to choose from when you get to the page). For now, the site doesn't have any default starter items, so you'll have to buy a base and everything. But they're pretty cheap. bases are 5 feathers each, and other things vary.
