I ACCIDENTALLY REFRESHED THE SHOP AFTER BUYING SOMETHING AND EVEN THOUGH MY CART VVAS EMPTY IT REBOUGHT ALL THE ITEMS AND I'D JUST MANAGED TO FINALLY GET UP ENOUGH TO BUY A FEVV MORE THINGS ;A;

the regular ones, all four that i vvas trying to buy /cries/ this is just as bad as the fact i've accidentally bought doubles at least 4 times novv including tvvo faces, tvvo hairs, tvvo blank ghost sheets ;A; i have bad luck

my browser always pops up with a warning that im resending information when i try and refresh the shop~
instead i usually reclick the shop icon

the thing is i didn't try to refresh it, Puff decided to attack my fingers and vvalked all over the keyboard / trackpad on my laptop ;A;

I've never had this sort of problem, and honestly I think you're the first. D:

Unfortunately there's not much we can do, since it's technically a user error and not really a site bug in any way. :/

I would reimburse you from my own feathers (since I earn mine as well), but then you'd have all those excess items and it wouldn't really be fair to others.

I just vvasn't sure if it vvas actually a bug, you don't have to reimburse my feathers at all but is there a vvay to remove the doubles from my inventory?

The only way for that to happen is if I went and manually removed them all.

Can you not just hold onto the doubles until trading is implemented?

Well, it's not necessarily "less work," I mean- in a way it is.

Diana's the only one able to do that currently, so I can't go in and do it for you. :/ And she's always really busy.

BUT, even if we could, since you did "purchase" them, they are technically just doubles. So when trading is implemented, you'll be able to sell the things you accidentally bought. Although I know that doesn't currently help for the Halloween event, but I promise we'll be keeping these items in the shops long enough for people to get all of them.

Again, I'm really sorry! The pop-up is there to prevent that sort of situation from happening, so I always leave mine unchecked when it asks the "do you never want to see this again?" thing, haha.

x.x yeah i savv the pop up come up but by the time i managed to get her to stop scrambling around on my laptop they vvere purchased already. the other doubles are most definitely my fault though i thought i had clicked on different ones and didn't find out until after x.x
