I'm sorry if this has been answered or is written out somewhere. I'm probably just blind and skimmed over it. But the items in the Diamond Emporium, are they permanent or will they cycle out? And if so, how long before a next cycle?

Good question, Vlad!
For the most part, the items in Diamond's Emporium will be permanent. I say "for the most part" because I'm sure we'll eventually run into a reason for wanting to have an item in for a limited amount of time, but we will make sure to announce what will be cycled out, well ahead of time, and make it as obvious as we can.
