The title of your thread reminds me of the Narrator in the "Bridgerton", series. The whole time watching I did not realize that it was the voice of Julie Andrews (Mary Poppins, Sound of Music). Have you seen it? Apparently there are 8 books.

That means you must be having fun! :)

Congrats!

Did we ever get an update on the wedding reception? Last I recall was that was put on hold due to COVID restrictions and was to be held later. Did I miss that update?

Yes, we had it a little over a year later. We could have more guests this time so we had a blessing at the church we got married in. Then had a sit-down meal and evening reception party at a hotel. Everyone really enjoyed it. A friend of ours is a DJ so his wedding gift was to DJ at the reception. We had a photo booth and the most amazing wedding cake. I'll dig out photos of it.

Sounds wonderful!!

The lockdowns were terrible all around, but looking back now, you had both an intimatre wedding and a whole to-do version! It may not have seemed like it at the time, but turned out really special in the end! So happy for you guys! <3

Looking forward to pictures!

3 years now

We went to Disneyland Paris for a few days :cheer: It was a trip that my husband planned, he didn't tell me where we were going. Just to keep that week free. It was really fun and surprisingly really hot! It got to 27°C (80°F) on the day of our anniversary.

No, we just stayed at the park. Disneyland Paris only has 2 parks, the main one and Walt's Hollywood Studio. We pretty much got to do everything there. It was also decorated for Halloween <3
