I just got my stove fixed. :P The bottom heating coil had snapped in half. Thankfully, the housing community here pays for all repairs, so it was a simple fix.

Perks of living in a housing community. :P

I had a broken air conditioner, a broken stove, a clogged tub, and an ant infestation. They took care of everything in one day.

the owners solution: just ignore them theyre just ants -.-

Well actually you can bake no bake cookies on a stove, just google it ^^
Our solution to ants are gluetraps and poison.

He was pretty awful
The apartment block im at now is pretty good though as its run by a real estate company so i dont have to deal directly with the owner

So how long time does it take for them to fix something you report not working?

not too long my freezer door wasnt working when i moved in and they had it fixed within a few weeks
but the other place, he didnt fix anything ever
like the oven had a big hole in the sealing so it never cooked anything and there were these big wooden frames up against the side of my wall that banged to the point of shaking my room every time it was windy and all it wouldve required was him moving them so they were against the garage but he was like "naww it must be something else theyre way too heavy to move" (completely ignoring the fact that we get really strong winds that can move just about anything thats not like concreted down)
and he was meant to have privacy curtains installed in my room because i had a door that opened into the backyard which took up one wall and since he didnt i had to keep my curtains shut 24/7 because otherwise everyone could see into my room from their windows and just ugh he was so shit

Dear gosh you guys have terrible luck with things.. Although I had an apartment that was that bad, too. :/

But it's awesome you got a new stove/oven/thing! It sucks not having one. Did you go on a cooking binge? Lmao.
