Maro: Sounds like you have a pretty good idea as to what is involved then... I always like the atmosphere of cute, quirky little cafes and the relaxed feeling of family style. Have you got someone to back you then?

I just tried your oatmeal with coffee and creamer but I didn't have the blueberries which I think fresh blueberries would pop and compliment the flavor. It definitely tastes better then plain oatmeal! I am going to try it again when I pick up some blueberries. Do you use instant or cooking oatmeal?

I don't think I've ever had lemon cake. It sounds good though.

Oh my stars
Well
I have a pretty good recipe for eggless cookie dough(Just for eating!)
I've done it a few times, let me share!
[+] SPOILER
Ingredients
1 cup flour
3/4 cup of brown sugar(If you have DARK brown sugar, use that!)
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter (salted. if unsalted, add a pinch of salt)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
1. Use an electric mixer go mix the butter and the sugar, make sure it's smooth
2. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract
3. Use the electric mixer again to add the flour and chocolate chips, mix until it's completely even
4. Done! Eat as desired!

mmm... that sounds delicious Zombiebunny...makes me want to eat some now! And I like that it has no eggs...because that is the only worrisome ingredient if not cooked.

I like when we make home made ice cream in our ice cream maker. It tastes so creamy smooth

wait for the after Christmas sales and you can get one very inexpensively. We have an electric one where you freeze the drum and then plug it in and it spins for about 20 minutes.

If you use the rock salt kind or the hand crank one then your ice cream comes out firm but I like my ice cream soft and creamy.

my husband has been getting really bored and as a result, really creative.
SO because of that, i'm currently eating the best banana pudding of my life for breakfast.

does he cream the banana's or keep pieces of banana in the pudding?

I'm not one for liking banana's ( they come back to haunt me) but I do eat them in baking.
