And of course I start to freak out wondering if I ate any of it! I eat Fresh Express salad kits and the Trader Joe's romaine lettuce...maybe that is why I am losing weight?

I just had a conversation with someone about parasite's in food and thought we in the US were safe from that!

It's getting to the point that you can't eat anything uncooked.

Oldest cheese found in ancient Egyptian tomb ... 3200 years old!!

"Dating back to the 13th century BC, the “solidified whitish mass,” was discovered in a jar, and despite 30 centuries of exposure to harsh desert conditions, the compound retained enough of its original chemical content for scientists to study its cheesy origins. In addition to determining the kind of animal milk used to manufacture the cheese, the researchers also detected traces of a dangerous bacteria that still plagues us to this very day."

It was made from goat, sheep and African buffalo milk. (I didn't even know there were buffalo in Africa! I thought buffalo was a North American animal! Did you know?).

Wow.
I've heard buffalo residing elsewhere, maybe it was Africa. There are so many things that originated there.

You'd think our bodies would build up a tolerance to the bacteria if it has been around that long. I wonder if it was the cheese that killed the Egyptian and that is why he was buried with it (couldn't figure out how to get rid of it all).
Seriously though, do you think it would have started to stink? (The cheese I mean, the body was mummified so I don't think it was stinking. Then again, I've never been around a newly mummified body. Only the excavated ones in the museum, and they were behind glass cases).

"Over 1 million plastic blocks and 13,000 hours later, Lego accomplished an unlikely feat: a functional Bugatti made largely out of the iconic construction toys drove down a track in Germany...It was designed and built by the same Czech Republic-based team that specializes in creations for Legoland attractions. They built the vehicle by hand, connecting each Lego piece to the next without the aid of any glue, the company said in a statement. The team used 339 types of Lego Technic elements, and even put some of them together using a special tool made out of Legos.

I've always wanted to build something big with lego's!

The buildings in Legoland were so cool, a grown up kids dream job I would think!

It'd probably blow apart in an accident like the things in Lego games. Then again, you could probably get a few kids to rebuild it quite easily!~
