I see some impressive nails here. I keep my nails short because I play guitar but I have "coke nail" on my right hand.

so that you can pluck the strings... - can you play spanish music? It can be difficult to pick because it goes so fast and you go between strumming and picking

I'm not at that level yet. I have only been playing for about a year and I mostly play classical pieces or some old Russian rock songs.

Painting my finger nails is so pointless.... I stick them in too much water through a day alone... The polish doesn't last.... So I only paint my toe nails... And people don't notice but it makes me feel like a girl sometimes.

if you really really wanted nails to last you could try the new gel nails~ apparently theyre a lot more durable
sadly they do cost more/ its easier to go get it done professionally T_T so it would depend on how much you wanted your nails done xD

It wouldn't be so bad if the after effect wasn't ever lasting! It feels like it last for far too long.... Especially if you have to drive once you've had a manicure.... Maybe I should more accurately say, it feels like your hands are on fire?

i kept like flexing my nails afterwards, because it felt so weird
and under my nails the skin took forever to go back to normal ;-;

it does look nice! and ive been told it hurts less if you get it done regularly~
but still! im probably not going to get mine done again, just because my nails are strong enough to grow long without it

Well I mean, it IS nice to have every possible hangnail gone and your cuticles done professionally.... But its just not necessary for me to go every time I need my hands to look nice.... I have other stuff to spend my money on than nails....

yeah the pricing is awful there are home kits that ive seen, though i dont know how difficult they are to use
