We don't know what the Windlyn egg is - we aren't able to incubate it. I think it was part of a summer event. The creature inside almost looks like it could be dragon in origin (you never know)...if that's the case those can incubate forever! (judging fromt he dragon stories)

The Windlyn blue beta fish is a one of a kind to celebrate Windlyn entering beta stage and it can not be bought. Mine is still a baby stage but I believe watery evolved hers to an adult? At least a teen.

The other beta fish eggs can be bought at the pet shop and incubated and evolved.

Ohhh... windlyn egg, nice. I wanna collect em all, but sadly that's not possible. Perhaps I shall go find an older member who doesn't wanna be here anymore and beeeeg them for pets? XD

I guess you could put it in a request thread - actually that's not a bad idea...I'd like some of the one of a kind items if past members don't plan on coming back. The question is - how do you contact them if they don't come on?
