I did level up my petrock and obsidian beta, now I'm just waiting for like... 1 or 2 more of the first set to grow up, and then I'm good. Making dinner though.

don't overcook it? Sear one side for a couple to a few minutes
sear the other side
bast with butter/oil
once the outside is seared and the sides are all seared nicely and a good brown, remove from heat asap

wrap in foil, let rest for 10 minutes

serve?

baste with butter? Now that I think of it when I eat out tat the Japanese Hibachi tables they put butter on the meat when they cook in front of us.

what does wrapping in foil do? I always worried that covering the meat might make it chewy

Wrapping it in foil helps prevent the heat from leaking out quite too fast if I recall correctly.

Um... serious eats is best for food stuff probably!

wahh! When we lived on a farm we had to eat our farm animal pets! I never wanted to eat meat not bought at a store again.

Mom said she used to do that when she was young - including killing chickens. But today she says she couldn't do it if someone told her to.
