I used to make these braided bracelets from sewing thread. I once made a bunch for my classmates but my mom sucked them up in a vacuum.

I have a friend who makes accessories out if soda can tabs.

Myself i like simple jewelry, the intricate stuff doesn't suit me.
Not that i wear my jewelry very often my skin is pretty sensitive so it just feels uncomfortable.
